A few years ago I came across the free software sequencer, LMMS. It came with a large number of equally free synthesizer tracks. Intrigued, I started playing about with and experimenting with the various instruments and what they could do. The end result was this album.

In order to give it some sort of thematic unity, all the tracks are inspired, to one degree or another, by places in the virtual world SecondLife. The only exception is the first track, Cyberia itself, which I suppose can be thought of as inspired by SecondLife itself.
